What happens if my prints arrive damaged?
Very Important! Save all of your packaging and the damaged prints. Royal Mail will ask to see all of this to determine reimbursement. Call us to describe the damage – (01746) 325 911. We will reprint and ship your order ASAP and, unless it was determined that the damage was not caused by Royal Mail, we will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping. We WILL ask you to take photos of the damage to provide to our Royal Mail rep.
