Who retains the rights to my artwork?

Who retains the rights to my artwork?

When you order with us, you clearly state that you are the copyright holder or you have permission from the copyright holder to reproduce a print. The Artists Print Room does not claim any rights to your artwork or the prints made from it.

When you sell an original work of art, you retain all printing rights. Unless you specifically state otherwise when making a sale, you keep all rights to any use of that image for reproduction purposes. The buyer nor the printer can make prints without your strict written consent.

Digital File

If we create the digital file, we are the copyright owners of that detail file. However, we cannot reproduce from that file without your written instruction.
