Digital Image File Inspection
Our minimum standard for printing is:
The Image must be sized and cropped to the exact print size you have ordered in millimetres (mm) at a Pixel Density (Resolution) of 300ppi (pixels per inch) with an embedded RGB profile.
If your not sure about the quality of your digital image file for fine art giclee printing, send us upto two digital images for inspection prior to placing an order.

Please Note: Updated 26th January 2021 Over the last 6-years, we have provided a free image inspection service to both our clients and potential clients. However, due to the abuse of this free service, by some individuals, who never go on to place an order with us; and with great regret, we have now been forced to stop free image inspections.
Image File Inspections will now be charged at £3.00 per image. However, your account will be credited with £3.00 worth of reward points, which are only redeemable against future print orders over £30.00. (Please Note: This item is non refundable and Does NOT apply to Guest checkouts)

I have found the digital image inspection extremely useful as a way to check my image is going to be good enough.
With Marks recommendation is also which paper he would recommend and suggestions on how to improve the image quality.
I like that whilst there is a small fee, it is reimbursed via points which can offset against ones next order.
